All metal construction where it counts: One piece metal frame made of 4 mm thick sheet steel on both sides. Frame is coated with epoxy-polyester powder paint. Metal swinging gate. Metal fasteners, screws and bolts. Adjustable brake with metal cams inside for easy-release tapes. Heavy anatomical handle made of ABS resin.

Notice all the screws and bolts on this model? Everything is replaceable. Especially note the hardened steel serrated toothed blade, at upper right. This sucker is SHARP. We stock spare blades.

Below we show some creative uses: here a contractor is applying our M101 dry wall tape on sheet rock. This dispenser can also be used to apply masking tape, various films and pretty much anything on a 2" or 3" wide 3" diameter core.
