Merco DSB series Bench-Top dispensers for Adhesive Transfer tapes.
Adhesive transfer tape is just what the name implies: adhesive, no tape. The adhesive system is extruded with no carrier. It's simply wound on a silicone release liner. The dispenser dispenses the adhesive while removing and rewinding the used liner.
Like our other Italian made dispensers this too is powder coated with epoxy paint over 4mm steel. Movement between the core holder and spool is via two nylon gears. The spool has an adjustable brake, the applying roller is a soft, anti-adhesive rubber and the blade is specially designed for sharpness and strength. Holds up to 50mm wide, 160mm external diameter and 3" core rolls. It is suitable for tapes with embossed PVC or silicone paper liners. This dispenser can be used with included (very heavy) metal base for mobility or bolted in place through supplied holes
We offer this with and without a very heavy steel base. If you are going to hard-mount this to your work area you don't need the base and will want to save on shipping costs. If you are bringing the unit to your work the base is a must. (Or, see our handheld units)
