Terms of Business 

A word about our general business terms: sizes and tape types may be assorted for quantity pricing. Prices listed are per roll, except where noted, IN FULL CASE QUANTITIES. Merco Hackensack, Inc. (Merco, Merco Tape) reserves the right to adjust order quantities to nearest full case. OPEN CASING SUBJECT TO MERCO TAPE’S DISCRETION, will be billed at first column pricing and is subject to a $8.00 PER ORDER service charge. Prices are subject to change without notice, and unless specified differently on Merco Tape’s confirmation orders will be shipped at pricing in effect on date of shipment. Prices quoted herein are exclusive of all taxes, fees, duties, tariffs, government surcharges and the like, which shall remain the sole responsibility of the Buyer (Purchaser). While Merco Tape will make every effort to ship within the terms of buyer’s purchase order, Merco Tape shall not be liable for any delays due to causes beyond its control, such as, but not limited to: war, civil disturbance, acts of G-d, acts of governments, plagues or quarantines, labor disputes, transportation or supply difficulties. Any terms outlined in any purchase order received that differ from our terms will be shipped with the expressed understanding that Merco Tape's terms will prevail.

A word from our Bean Counters. Terms for established and well rated accounts: Net 10 days, subject to prior credit approval. (We are merchants, not bankers.)   No cash discounts allowed.  Terms for new customers:  ACH or CIA, Credit Card, PayPal etc. and these may incur a convenience charge. F.O.B. Hillburn, N.Y. Freight Prepaid and Allowed on orders of $1950 or more within the continental limits of the U.S.A.
