Merco T30R Italian built carton sealing tape dispensers are the best on the market, and that is not hyperbole. 

Built around a one piece deep-drawn thick steel frame (epoxy enameled in several available colors) the shafts, swing gate and adjustable brake are also made of steel. The ergonomic ABS resin handle is comfortable and importantly does not contain PAH. The roller is real rubber (not plastic) and the wipe down tab is made of a flexible nylon. These  units are put together with high quality fasteners ensuring easy replacement of parts. Oh, and watch those blades. One slip and you'll never play the piano again.
